Return & Refund Policy

Each ONE 1 DETAIL Mini Book is personalized with your photos and made especially for you. Because personalized items are created specifically for each customer, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@one1detail.com and include your order number.

After 24 hours, production may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will make you a new one at no additional cost.

Personalized Items

Because each Mini Book is made using your own photos and selections, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Please review your photos, color selection, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
