How many photos can I upload?

You can upload up to 20 photos for your personalized ONE 1 DETAIL Mini Book.

For the best result, we recommend using clear, well-lit photos with good resolution.

Can I choose the cover color?

Yes. Available colors will be shown on the product page so you can choose your preferred option before placing your order.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes up to 48 hours before shipping.

Because each Mini Book is personalized and assembled individually, production times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.

Do you ship within the United States?

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Are the Mini Books handmade?

Yes. Each ONE 1 DETAIL Mini Book is individually assembled and finished with care.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production may already have started, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

What if my Mini Book arrives damaged or defective?

If your Mini Book arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed to be our error, we’ll make you a new one at no additional cost.

Can I return or exchange a personalized Mini Book?

Because every Mini Book is made specifically for you using your own photos and selections, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
